Onexa Global (Pvt) Ltd helps businesses communicate better with Hosted PBX, Contact Center Outsourcing and ICT Support. We focus on reliability, security and measurable outcomes—lower cost, better customer experience and easier scaling.

Our Journey

Onexa grew from a remote startup in 2023 to a trusted tech provider by 2025, expanding services into contact center and ICT support, and establishing a physical office in Rajagiriya with advanced AI-driven IVR solutions.

  • 2023 - Freelance Beginnings

    Onexa was founded as a freelance provider with a vision to modernize business communications through cloud telephony. We started by offering hosted PBX services to small businesses in Sri Lanka, helping them reduce costs and simplify operations with virtual phone systems. Our first client went live in June, marking the beginning of our journey toward digital transformation.

  • 2024 - Growing Remotely

    As our client base steadily grew, we transitioned into a structured business operation—but without a physical office. Our team operated remotely, focusing on delivering high-quality service while keeping overheads low. This remote-first approach allowed us to stay agile and responsive to client needs, even during challenging times.

  • 2025 - Establishment & Expansion

    By 2025, Onexa had become a trusted provider across multiple sectors, including retail, logistics, and healthcare. With growing demand and a larger team, we took a major step forward by establishing our first physical office in Rajagiriya. We also expanded our service offerings to include Contact Center Outsourcing, empowering businesses to streamline customer service operations, and ICT Support Outsourcing, helping clients enhance IT efficiency without the need for in-house teams. Through the deployment of AI-powered IVR systems in Sinhala, Tamil, and English, we continue to lead the way in delivering smart, scalable, and multilingual communication solution.
